About the Role


We're looking for an Account Executive to help drive CollarUp's next phase of growth.

As one of the early members of the commercial team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our sales playbooks, work directly with the founding team, and help define how we scale customer acquisition.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building, moving fast, and working closely with customers.


Own the Full Sales Cycle

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and inbound opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Navigate procurement and commercial discussions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a great customer experience.


Drive Pipeline Growth

  • Build relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
  • Create and execute account strategies to grow pipeline.
  • Maintain healthy deal progression and accurate forecasting.


Develop Sales Assets & Processes

  • Help build and improve sales decks, outreach templates, and playbooks.
  • Share customer feedback to strengthen positioning and messaging.
  • Contribute to building scalable sales processes.


Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with founders, product, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Bring customer insights back to the organization to influence product direction.


Own CRM & Data

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and customer records.
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to drive efficiency and visibility.



About You

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to manage opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up.


Bonus Points

  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or RPO teams.
  • Experience selling HRTech or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
