Social Media Manager

Location: Pune (local travel required)

Role Overview:

Manage and grow the Chairman's personal brand across social media platforms. The role involves accompanying him to events, capturing high-quality content, creating engaging posts, and managing his online presence in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany the Chairman to corporate, social, and public events.
• Capture and edit photos/videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Write impactful captions and publish real-time content.
• Manage social media accounts, engagement, and audience growth.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic MIS reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and handle billing-related follow-ups.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, PR, Digital Journalism, or similar roles.
• Strong mobile photography, videography, and content creation skills.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Proficient in social media trends, analytics, and platform management.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and event-based work.
