About the Role:
Sellability is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can translate business objectives into impactful visual communication. The role requires creating high-quality designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, real estate projects, presentations, events, and internal communications while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Brand Design
- Design creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, emailers, and advertisements.
- Develop campaign creatives aligned with marketing goals and project launches.
2. Real Estate Project Marketing
- Design project brochures, floor plan presentations, location maps, project highlights, and promotional materials.
- Create creatives for lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales and mandate teams to understand project requirements and deliver marketing assets accordingly.
3. Digital Content Creation
- Design static posts, carousels, infographics, thumbnails, and digital advertisements.
- Create visual content for websites and landing pages.
4. Corporate Communication
- Create professional presentations, reports, and business decks for leadership meetings and client presentations.
- Support employer branding initiatives through creative design solutions.
5. Creative Development
- Brainstorm concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and events.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Experience in real estate, advertising agency, or digital marketing environment preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and marketing collateral designs.
