About the Role

RARE Property Advisory is hiring a Branding & Marketing Head for a leading real estate developer in Chennai.


This is a senior marketing leadership role for someone who can manage end-to-end branding, digital marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, vendor coordination, CRM tracking, sales enablement, and project-level marketing across real estate developments.

The role is based in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, with regular travel to project sites as required.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies for real estate projects

• Plan and manage 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, TTL and digital channels

• Drive qualified enquiries, site visits and booking conversions

• Manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, property portals and other platforms

• Coordinate with creative agencies, digital agencies, CRM vendors, telecalling teams, event teams and site teams

• Create and manage brochures, hoardings, social media creatives, project videos, sales presentations and marketing collaterals

• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, site visit numbers and conversion outcomes

• Monitor CRM systems, lead tracking, dashboards and marketing performance reports

• Plan and execute project launches, channel partner meets, referral campaigns and customer engagement events

• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and project positioning studies

• Visit project sites regularly to understand customer response and campaign effectiveness


Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of branding / marketing experience

• Minimum 5+ years of real estate marketing experience preferred

• Strong understanding of real estate lead generation and site visit conversion

• Experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns and property portal campaigns

• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Sell.do, Zoho CRM or similar tools

• Strong vendor, agency and team management skills

• Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management ability

• Comfortable working closely with sales teams and project leadership

• Willing to travel to project sites and participate in ground-level market reviews
