Job Description:
Required hard skills:
• Expertise on S/4 Hana authorization concept :
o More than 5 years experience in SAP User Administration, SAP Authorization Management and Segregation of Duties monitoring,
o SAP courses ADM940 and SAP ADM945 is a plus,
• Strong experience with :
o SAP Profile Generator and role derivation per organization,
o SAP authorization traces and SAP User Information System,
o Standard and custom authorization settings,
o Segregation of Duties and Restricted Access ruleset build,
o SAP Authorization upgrades.
• Strong experience with SOx Audits : IT General Controls execution and answers to Auditors in SAP User Access Management area,
• Familiar with SAP ABAP programs (authority-check statements, program debugging, technical specifications build for ABAP Developers)
• Familiar with CSI tools configuration and administration (Authorization Auditor and Automated Request Engine) and Windows servers,
• Being familiar with SAP Fiori Authorization concept and SAP Java-stack Authorizations is a plus,
• High level knowledge on main implemented SAP functional modules is a plus (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM).

• Strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination with Business Process Owners and IT Functional Teams from all domains (R2R, P2P, Plant Maintenance & Operations) and effective involvement in audits,
• English language to efficiently communicate and collaborate within a multi-cultural environment, especially with Business stakeholders from all sites/plants in Europe,
• Team Management,
• Self-organization to manage multiple projects or tasks.
