Roles & Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes and logistics operations across multiple modes (LTL, FTL, Rail, Ocean, Air).
• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in a consulting or implementation role, with 3+ implementations in complex environments.
• Proven experience in OTM configurations, automation agents, business rules, screen set management, as well as in BI Publisher, XML, XSL, Web Services, and Rest API. VBA scripting (excel macro) is a plus.
• Knowledge of integration with other systems and processes (i.e.: logistics, procurement, master data, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of project management techniques preferred.
• Experienced with architectural concepts like event driven design, DDD, TDD and microservices.
• Advanced level of English (writing + speaking).
• Works effectively in a global highly matrixed team environment.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle OTM or related technologies are a plus.
