Job Description:
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Experience in one or more of the below competencies is required:
• 6+ years of experience working with SAP HCM in a large corporation
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experienced developer both within ABAP as Fiori apps (UI5)
• Experience with IDOC processing and monitoring
• Able to write new and extend existing code both in project and evolutive maintenance mode
• Deep understanding of the SOx process
• Knowledge on European (Belgian ideally) laws and regulations, especially concerning pay roll
• Able to handle documentation and code where 80% is in Dutch, including variable and parameter usage
• Knowledge of GDPR-compliant data handling (critical for EU organizations)
• Good understanding of HR processes and data security requirements
• Experience in HRIS with SAP HR integrations
PREFERRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Experience and skilled in SAP Workflow Management
• Experience with Mainframe coding (DB2, CoolGen)
• Experience with SAP SLT
• Experience with SAP Basis tasks
• Certification in SAP HCM
• Exposure to data cleansing projects
