About the Role
- The Technical Project Manager will own 2–3 parallel initiatives end-to-end, from business requirement shaping to production rollout and stabilization. This role requires a strong blend of program management discipline, technical depth, stakeholder management, and execution ownership. The TPM will act as the central orchestrator between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, design teams, and engineering teams to ensure speed, quality, and governance in delivery.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives across automation, AI, and digital product development.
- Own end-to-end delivery from BRD finalization through production rollout and stabilization.
- Drive solution alignment with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and UX teams.
- Manage cross-functional engineering teams including application, AI/ML, data, DevOps, and cloud teams.
- Create project plans, milestone trackers, governance dashboards, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface and provide structured leadership-level updates.
- Ensure high-quality delivery, production readiness, and successful go-live execution.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 10–14 years of experience in Project / Program Management within technology environments.
- Strong technical understanding of application development, APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Experience managing web, mobile, AI/ML, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
- Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and cloud engineering fundamentals.
