About The Job:

• A ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, building, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• The Architect will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions while driving platform strategy, governance, and innovation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, CMDB and ServiceNow ecosystem modules.
• Lead implementation of workflows, automation, integrations and App Engine Studio applications.
• Establish technical architecture, implementation strategy, data models and governance standards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SCCM, Client BigFix, Zoho MDM, Success Factors, SAP, Azure, AWS, GCP, Sentinel, Ariba and other enterprise platforms.
• Implement asset lifecycle management, discovery, compliance and governance frameworks.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, maintainability and performance optimization.
• Lead upgrades, migrations and CSDM-based architecture initiatives.
• Mentor developers and contribute to enterprise ServiceNow best practices.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills

• ServiceNow Core Platform Architecture
• ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM
• App Engine Studio & Integration Hub
• CMDB & CSDM Framework
• JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
• REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server
• ITIL Frameworks & Relational Databases
• Cloud Platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD Certifications.
• 10+ Years of ServiceNow Development and Architecture experience.
• Preferred Airline Industry experience.
