About The Client:

Qualifications:
- Plan, manage, and execute the overall or part of a transition program for various functions.
- Review project proposals to determine the transition approach, goals, milestones, timelines, procedures, and resource requirements.
- Manage the transition of existing processes for specific functions from local sites to GBS Hubs.
- Collaborate closely with Function Leads, GBS teams, and local site management to ensure successful transition delivery.
- Develop transition plans, define key metrics, and report progress according to the established schedule.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues by implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Lead the analysis of current processes, identify process gaps, and perform impact assessments with support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Ensure successful delivery of all transition outputs, including Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), Process Maps, project deliverables, and overall transition completion.
- Monitor and report the progress of transition programs to key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with Transition Management/TMO, PMO, GBS Hub Management, functional teams, workstreams, and local site management to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of transition activities.
- Support, guide, and manage Transition Coordinators throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Drive team performance by motivating, coaching, and developing Transition Coordinators to improve individual and team outcomes.
- Ensure effective communication among all key stakeholders, including Project Teams, Function Leadership, Local Site Management, GBS Management, and Knowledge Transfer Teams.
- Oversee successful knowledge transfer and training for GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams.
- Ensure consistent application of transition methodologies across all transitions managed by Transition Coordinators.
- Provide transition management expertise, guidance, and best practice recommendations.
- Perform any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the TMO Lead within the scope of the role.
