About The Job:

  • Experience: 1-3 Years
  • Shift Time: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Act as the first point of contact for e-commerce platform issues raised through Jira or other channels.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot incidents across SAP Hybris, AEM, and integrated third-party systems, escalating where needed.
  • Monitor order flows and system performance, identifying anomalies such as stuck orders, retries, or payment errors, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support order-related activities including refunds, cancellations, user data requests, and warranty coordination.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Liaise with DTC eStore teams, Customer Care partners, logistics partners, and payment providers to resolve customer-impacting issues.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement of platform stability and user experience.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and runbooks to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide feedback to business stakeholders on trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve customer journeys.
  • Experience in technical support and/or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and order lifecycle processes (SAP Hybris experience is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot issues methodically.
  • Experience with payments flows, payment gateways, refunds, and order management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, Sprinklr, etc.) and documentation platforms (Confluence) would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and analytical skills are a plus.
