Requirements<\/h3>\n \n - Experience: 2+ years of experience working on multiple large\-scale Scrum team projects, 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master,
Product Owner or Agile Coach and 6+ years of IT experience. VSTS, Jira experience. Strong problem\-solving and collaboration skills to
solve for blockers and impediments.
<\/span><\/li>\n - Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team helping them meet quality and
<\/span><\/li>\n - timeline goals.
<\/span><\/li>\n - Experience in creating KPIs, dashboards and metrics
<\/span><\/li>\n - Knowledge of Scrum Management tools like (Preferably VSTS)
<\/span><\/li>\n - Knowledge and\/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques, techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the
<\/span><\/li>\n - Scrum approach (example: Burndown, Retrospective, Release, Changes)
<\/span><\/li>\n - Excellent communication and coaching skills
<\/span><\/li>\n - Strong problem\-solving skills and should be able to navigate in difficult situations
