Mission

The IT Applications Specialist SAP SD MM primary responsibility is to :

  • Design process and workflow, implement the SAP solutions and the end user support in SAP SD, MM;

  • Support SAP systems, understand and answer requirements from business users

  • Ensure performance of the application portfolio in relationship with infrastructure teams

  • Develop ongoing solutions and support activities and create documentation for applications portfolio

  • Support different kinds of projects within the SAP environment

Responsibilities

  • Support of SAP ERP system(s)

  • Develop and validate the application design

  • Project and change coordination and advisory

  • Gather feedback from business users and understand requirements

  • Work with other Regional / Global IT teams on ERP related enquiry / tasks

  • Assists in project planning and scheduling

  • L1-L2 Support/trainer for key-users

  • Vendor Coordination

  • Provide/coordinate support with integrated solutions if there will be any, such as Transporeon, Salesforce

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience leading ERP implementation, migration, and transformation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and system integration.

  • Experience with SAP migration projects, including exposure to Basware, Serrala and related SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to operate autonomously and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones and international teams.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment within an international and multicultural organisation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against agreed milestones.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
