A skilled Architect who can take charge of overall platform management, drive best practices and 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development
Strong expertise in:
- Service Catalog (including complex forms and workflows)
- Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules
- Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations
Experience in handling multi-level catalog structures
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Hands-on with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence and Exposure to or working knowledge of GenAI in ServiceNow ecosystem (Additionally Preferred)
