Job Description:
We are seeking a 8+ years of experienced and skilled ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and various third-party tools and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective integration of business processes within ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless ITSM workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions between ServiceNow ITSM and other enterprise applications (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, monitoring tools, and external systems).
• Develop and configure ServiceNow integration solutions using various tools such as ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, Web Services, and Orchestration.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure high system availability and performance.
• Ensure that integrations adhere to best practices, industry standards, and ServiceNow platform guidelines.
• Provide support for ServiceNow updates and patches, ensuring the stability and performance of integrations post-upgrade.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation processes in ServiceNow, such as Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, and Workflow Automation.
• Provide regular updates, documentation, and status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Assist with the customization of ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure integration solutions are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and integration capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM platform (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing integrations in ServiceNow using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Strong experience in working with database technologies (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and web services.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data models and architecture, including Service Catalog and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow discovery and monitoring integrations is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL certification and knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as Asset Management, HR Service Delivery, or Security Incident Response.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow.
