L-5 Solution Architect

The requirement needs profiles with advanced RSSO (Remedy SSO) experience, including identity provider integration and people data integrations using Atrium Integrator and REST APIs. The Reporting requirement refers to Helix dashboard creation and Smart Reporting conversion, not basic or adhoc reporting. SSO – scoping & design: RSSO configuration, identity provider integration, Atrium Integrator, REST API-based people data integration.
SSO (Single SignOn)
In this requirement, SSO refers specifically to RSSO (Remedy Single SignOn), which is used across BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM products.
The expected skillset under SSO includes:
Configuration and integration of RSSO with an external Identity Provider
Experience in RSSO setup and advanced integrations
Understanding of People data integration within the same SSO ecosystem
In addition, there is a strong expectation of experience with:
People Data Integrations using Atrium Integrator
People Data Integrations using REST APIs
In summary, this role requires handson experience with RSSO configuration and identitybased integrations, not just basic authentication knowledge.
