We are looking for a Salesforce Development Lead to spearhead our Salesforce engineering team In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing highquality enterprise solutions on the Salesforcecom platform You will balance handson technical execution coding architecture and security with team leadership mentoring developers and ensuring alignment with business transformation goals
Soft Skills
Communication Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical teams and nontechnical business stakeholders
Agile Delivery Proven experience working in AgileScrum environments managing sprint velocity and handling technical debt
ProblemSolving Expert troubleshooting skills for debugging complex platform issues governor limit exceptions and integration failures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with specific Salesforce clouds such as Health Cloud Financial Services Cloud CPQ or Commerce Cloud
Experience with largescale data migrations and data governance practices
Knowledge of web security protocols OAuth SAML SSL
