Servicenow discovery admin

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery
• Maintain CMDB health and data accuracy
• Create and optimize discovery schedules, probes, and sensors
• Troubleshoot discovery issues and improve performance
• Integrate Discovery with cloud/on-prem infrastructure
• Support automation and IT operations processes

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud)
• Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of discovery patterns, probes, and sensors
• Understanding of ITSM/ITOM modules
• Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell scripting preferred)
• Experience in cloud discovery (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus)
