L2 Prod Support Engineer – 4+ Years
1. The below requirements that I have made bold are something that I will take as primary and will have the other skills as good to have.
a. Minimum 4+ years of experience in business applications support.
b. Intermediate to Professional level of experience on SQL, E.g. T-SQL queries troubleshooting, debugging Stored procedures, identifying Blocking sessions in backend, complex joins etc.
c. Knowledge on Database, ETL process and Data warehouse, good to have Cadis/Markit EDM.
d. Should possess sound knowledge on any job scheduling tool, Control M would be added advantage.
e. Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex software application problems.
f. Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
g. Need to be flexible enough to work in odd shifts and critical environment. Any of the 3 shifts.
h. Required good inter personnel & communication skills.
