As a member of theStores Application Engineering team,develop strong, meaningful relationships throughout the Product ARTs and TJX IT shared serves
Ownand driveconfiguration, development and implementationofXstorePOSwork as needed
Demonstrated effectiveness working both independently and within cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones
Shouldhave sound understanding onXstore,XenvironmentandEFTLInk
DevelopXenvironmentcustomizations
Should havegoodunderstanding ofXstorearchitecture including Lead-Non lead
Goodunderstanding ofXstoreOffice suite
Goodunderstanding of Oracle Xstore and Retail suitedata model.
Solidunderstanding about EOD process and as well store opening process forXstorePOS
Goodunderstanding ofXstorePOScode and datadeployments
Experienceof theXstoresuite major upgrades
Experience with OracleXstoreand MOM suiteintegrations
Good experienceoninstalling, configuring and troubleshooting complexclusteredOracleWeblogicand Web-Serverenvironment
Demonstrated knowledge of performance analysis and tuning of application systems, specificallyOracleXstoreOffice Application Database
Demonstrated techniques in troubleshooting issues to resolution, specifically with Oracle Retail (Xstore)and Oracle Database
Very well proficient on understanding Java codeand identifying the bugs during code reviewsand working with product vendors.
Perform health checks and proactive monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control and UNIX shell scripts
Maintain broad knowledge in the area of DevOps tools and capabilities
Create and manage Disaster Recovery environment for businesscontinuity
Adhere to all business operational controls such as: Sarbanes Oxley, PCI policies, security policies, supportability standards, etc.
Application of Security patches released from time to time and Interface with Oracle Support for technical issue resolution
Prepare production readiness documentation using Confluence, for implementations of medium to high level of complexity
What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications)
Proven experience withXsotresuite including designing, configuring, and management in large scale retailenvironments.
In-depthunderstanding onXstore,XenvironmentandEFTLInk
Strong experience on Oracle WebLogic, OHS, Oracle Database technology stack components.
Strong Linux shell scripting and Python scripting skills for automation and tool development
Prefer development experience with: Ansible, Splunk, andAppD
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technologyor information systems or equivalent
5+years of OracleXstoresuiteexperience
Expert understanding ofOracleApplicationTechstack,GoldenGate&Exadata
Expert understanding in Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience using JIRA and Confluence
Prefer development experience with: Ansible, Azure, Groovy, Maven, Splunk, andAppD
