Assistant Sales Manager II - Relationship Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Assistant Sales Manager II

Relationship Management to lead sales initiatives, manage customer relationships,

drive revenue growth, and support team performance. The ideal candidate should have

strong experience in sales leadership, customer acquisition, relationship management, and

achieving business targets.


The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, mentoring sales

executives, improving conversion rates, building strong customer relationships, and driving

business growth through multiple sales channels.

Detailed Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Own and drive achievement of sales targets for assigned business segments.

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and improve conversion rates.

Manage sales pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure timely closure of deals.

Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives to increase sales performance.

Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and market opportunities to drive growth.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and guide Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.

Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide actionable feedback.

Support onboarding and training of new team members on sales processes and customer engagement.

Drive accountability within the team through structured goal setting and performance tracking.

Customer Relationship Management

Manage key customer relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Understand customer requirements, pain points, and expectations to provide effective solutions.

Own customer engagement journey from lead qualification to successful closure.

Handle critical customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Sales Channel Development

Drive alternate sales channels, including:

Residence visits

Show flat/design center sales

Apartment activities

Customer engagement events

Identify opportunities to expand reach and improve lead generation.

Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to strengthen sales initiatives.

Business Operations & Reporting

Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.

Track team productivity, conversion metrics, and revenue contribution.

Share insights and recommendations with leadership for improving sales effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates, and reporting standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with interior designers, operations, customer experience teams, and business partners.

Ensure smooth handover and execution of customer projects.

Support implementation of new business initiatives and process improvements.

Expertise & Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

5-8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Relationship Management.

Experience managing sales teams or mentoring sales professionals.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Self-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented mindset.

Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and revenue management.
