Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid growth across two businesses:
MiM-Essay — a leading study abroad consulting firm helping applicants get admits to top global business schools.
Kraya AI — an AI-powered sales automation and lead qualification platform helping businesses capture, qualify, and convert leads better.
This is not a basic "run ads and report CPL" role.
We're looking for someone who can think deeply about funnels, creatives, lead quality, messaging, and revenue impact.
You should be comfortable working across paid ads, landing pages, WhatsApp flows, CRM data, creative testing, and sales feedback.
The role is ideal for someone who understands that performance marketing today is not just about media buying. It is about finding the right audience, creating the right hook, testing the right offer, and improving the complete journey from first click to closed sale.
What You'll Work OnYou will be responsible for planning, running, and improving paid marketing campaigns for Kraya AI and MiM-Essay.
This includes managing ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and retargeting channels, while working closely with the content, design, and sales teams.
The role is not just about reducing CPL. We want someone who can understand the full funnel — from ad creative and landing page to WhatsApp conversations, lead quality, and final conversions.
You will be expected to test new creatives, improve campaign performance, track lead quality, and scale what works.
The focus is simple: bring in better leads, improve conversions, and help both businesses grow profitably.
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate should have:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Experience running lead generation campaigns
- Good understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion journeys
- Ability to think from a business and revenue perspective, not just an ads dashboard perspective
- Strong creative judgment — you should be able to understand why one ad may work better than another
- Comfort with testing multiple angles, hooks, audiences, and formats
- Ability to work with content, design, sales, and leadership teams
- Clear communication and ownership mindset
Bonus points if you have worked with:
- Education, study abroad, coaching, SaaS, B2B, or high-ticket services
- WhatsApp-based lead funnels
- Founder-led brands
- AI tools for creative research, ad analysis, or campaign workflows
- Long sales-cycle businesses where lead quality matters more than cheap leads
You don't just ask, "What is the CPL?"
You ask:
- Are these leads actually converting?
- Is this creative attracting the right buyer?
- Is the offer strong enough?
- Is the landing page doing its job?
- What is the sales team saying about lead quality?
- How can we improve the full funnel, not just the ad account?
We want someone who is proactive, analytical, creative, and practical.
You should be able to take ownership, suggest ideas, test them, learn from data, and keep improving.

This is not a role for someone who only reports impressions, clicks, and CPL.
This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions on every small decision.
