Role Description
The Graphic Design Intern role at Sportist is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in designing visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting logo design and branding projects, preparing layouts, and refining visual concepts under guidance from senior designers. The intern will also help with image editing, asset optimization, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials. Collaboration with marketing and content teams, participation in brainstorming sessions, and timely delivery of assigned design tasks are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including basic retouching and optimization for web and print.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an interest in sports and creative branding are preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is expected.
