Globeia is a global mobility platform that simplifies verification, document, apostille, and international application services across multiple countries. We create high-quality content that helps users navigate complex processes related to visas, document authentication, background checks, fingerprinting, and global mobility services.

We are looking for a Content Writer & Editor who can research deeply, write accurately, edit effectively, and create content that is genuinely useful to readers- not content generated solely through AI tools.

Role Overview

This role combines content writing and content editing responsibilities. You will be responsible for researching topics, creating SEO-focused content, editing drafts, improving readability, and ensuring all content aligns with Globeia's brand voice and quality standards.

We are looking for candidates who can think critically, conduct independent research, and produce content that demonstrates expertise, accuracy, and originality.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality blogs, landing pages, guides, and website content.
• Research topics thoroughly and verify information from credible sources.
• Edit and optimize content for readability, engagement, and accuracy.
• Structure content using proper H1, H2, and H3 headings.
• Create SEO and LLM-optimized content.
• Perform keyword research and search intent analysis.
• Write compelling meta titles and meta descriptions.
• Add relevant internal linking opportunities.
• Ensure content aligns with Globeia's tone, style, and publishing standards.
• Review and improve AI-assisted drafts when required.
• Collaborate with the content team to meet publishing deadlines.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in content writing, editing, or content marketing.
• Excellent written English and strong editing skills.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Ability to write clear, humanized, and engaging content.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar SEO tools is preferred.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Strapi, or similar is a plus.

Important: Training & Evaluation Period

As part of our hiring process, shortlisted candidates will undergo a 1-week paid Training & Evaluation Period before final onboarding.

During this period:

• You will receive hands-on training from the Globeia team on our content standards, research methodology, SEO practices, and editorial workflows.
• You will work on real content assignments to demonstrate your writing, editing, research, and learning capabilities.
• Your performance will be assessed based on content quality, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, research skills, adaptability, and overall alignment with Globeia's requirements.
• This training period is fully paid.
• Candidates who successfully complete the training and evaluation process will receive their final offer letter and proceed with full-time onboarding.

Please note: The Training & Evaluation Period may be completed remotely. However, this is a Work From Office (Gurugram) position, and selected candidates will be required to work from the office upon successful completion of the training period.
