Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Location: Noida / Bengaluru (Hybrid with Frequent Client Onsite Travel)

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business challenges. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their requirements, rapidly prototype AI solutions, and deploy production-ready applications powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position combines software engineering, solution architecture, and customer engagement, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems in dynamic client environments.

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand business processes and identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, intelligent agents, and LLM-based workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs, ERPs, and third-party platforms.
• Conduct discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize AI applications for performance and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Travel to client locations across India as required to support implementations and deployments.

Required Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or AI Application Development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Practical understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and AI workflows.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work onsite with enterprise clients when required.




Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in AI consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations such as WhatsApp Business API, CRM/ERP platforms, or voice AI solutions.
• Experience with on-premises or private LLM deployments.
• Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail domains.
• Knowledge of multilingual AI applications and conversational interfaces.
• Startup or fast-paced product development experience.
