Overview

Skalegrow is a full-stack B2B marketing agency that helps companies in the IT, tech, SaaS, robotics, and embedded systems industries grow with marketing. This position will primarily focus on creating static and digital design assets for Skalegrow’s clients – ranging from social media creatives and infographics to marketing collateral and website visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and digital creatives, including social media graphics, infographics, brochures, whitepapers, website banners, and ad creatives.
• Work with the content and other teams within Skalegrow to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into visual designs.
• Create illustrations, icons, and visual elements to support different types of content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables.
• Deliver designs on time, adhering to project deadlines and client SLAs.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure designs meet client expectations.
• Work with the design lead to define SOPs for Skalegrow's design projects
• Contribute to Skalegrow’s own brand assets and creatives as and when needed.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 2025/26 graduates preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent.
• Prior graphic design internship experience is highly desired.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create clean, professional, and visually compelling designs.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in video editing will be a huge plus.
