Its solutions include people counting, facial recognition, PPE and hazard detection, crowd monitoring, vehicle and license plate recognition, and smart forensic video search using natural language. Identifeye Solutions serves diverse sectors such as retail, manufacturing, malls, education, transport, events, and smart infrastructure.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Identifeye Solutions’ AI-powered security and analytics offerings, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solutions. The role includes qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, scheduling product demos or meetings for the sales team, and following up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The Telesales Executive will handle inbound inquiries, respond to questions about features, pricing, and service models, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. The position also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, gathering customer feedback, and meeting or exceeding agreed targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation, active listening, and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, manage objections, and close or advance deals effectively.
- Basic understanding or interest in AI, CCTV, or security/analytics solutions, with willingness to learn product features and industry use cases.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred; experience in B2B technology or SaaS is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, manage time efficiently, and meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
