About Alete

Alete (Ecomoney Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.) is a boutique insurance advisory and insurtech brokerage based in Gurugram, purpose-built for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. We operate across health, property, life, and specialty insurance lines, combining deep advisory expertise with a growing proprietary technology platform.

Role Overview

Alete is hiring its first dedicated Marketing Head — a commercially-minded, hands-on leader who will own the marketing function end-to-end. You will build and run 11 distinct marketing workstreams across paid advertising, content, SEO, brand, cold outreach, in-app engagement, and analytics.

This is a builder's role. You will work directly with the founders, coordinate a small team of freelancers and specialists, and be responsible for generating qualified pipeline and building Alete's brand among HNI individuals, wealth managers, and referring intermediaries across NCR and beyond.

Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Own end-to-end paid marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Develop and execute audience targeting strategies focused on HNIs, NRIs, business owners, and affluent professionals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, optimization, A/B testing, and lead generation performance.
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Track and improve key metrics including CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality, meetings generated, and pipeline contribution.

2. Content, Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Lead content strategy and execution across blogs, social media, email, website, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage creation of SEO articles, thought leadership content, newsletters, case studies, brochures, presentations, and ad copy.
  • Support executive branding and content amplification across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Ensure all communication reflects Alete's premium, advisory-led, and trust-based positioning.
  • Drive content repurposing across multiple channels and formats.

Digital Presence, Website & SEO

  • Own website management, content updates, landing pages, lead capture flows, and blog publishing.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, backlink acquisition, local SEO, and AI-search visibility initiatives.
  • Manage Google Business Profile and ensure consistent digital visibility across online channels.
  • Continuously improve organic traffic, search rankings, and website conversion performance.

Creative & Campaign Execution

  • Manage external designers, content creators, and marketing vendors.
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee production of social media creatives, videos, reels, carousels, brochures, presentations, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all customer-facing communications.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across paid, organic, email, website, and app channels.

Client Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Develop and execute client communication programs including newsletters, nurture journeys, in-app messaging, push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Create timely campaigns around market events, life-stage planning needs, tax season, travel, and insurance-related opportunities.
  • Drive engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities across existing clients and prospects.

Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations

  • Consolidate performance reporting across all marketing channels into a single monthly dashboard.
  • Monitor campaign, website, SEO, email, and outreach performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage CRM workflows, lead routing, automation, and follow-up processes to ensure no lead leakage.
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars, campaign briefs, budgets, and performance reviews

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years in performance or brand marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or insurance
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on at least two of: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads
  • Comfortable with content strategy and direction — you can brief a writer or write yourself when needed
  • Strong understanding of SEO: on-page, off-page, technical, and schema markup — you don't need to do it all yourself, but you must be able to evaluate it
  • Analytical discipline: you review numbers weekly, not monthly; you catch underperforming ad sets before they drain budget
  • Clear, professional written communication — you can draft a client newsletter, a LinkedIn post, and a campaign brief all in the same week

Strong Preference

  • Experience marketing to high-net-worth individuals or in a B2B environment where trust and credibility drive purchase
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or a comparable CRM/email platform
  • Experience with ABM or structured cold outreach cadences (Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Exposure to insurance or wealth management as a sector — you understand why a ₹3Cr property owner buys on trust, not price
