We are hiring AI-native builders across every business function — people who have already rewired how they work with AI and can now reshape an entire function around AI-first execution.


This is not a function-specific role.


We care less about your current title than about a single thing: can you take an ambiguous business problem and turn it into shipped output — research, automations, agents, workflows, documents, dashboards — faster and better than a traditional operator, using AI as your primary leverage? You will own real problems in your domain (sales, marketing, ops, design, product, finance, CS, or founder's office), build AI-assisted systems to solve them, and help your function become AI-native. We are building MyOperator as an AI-native organisation from the inside out, and we need builders to do it.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Take ambiguous problems in your function and independently ship usable output — research, decision docs, SOPs, trackers, decks, or analyses — built with AI as the core tool.
  • Design and build AI-assisted workflows and automations for your domain (e.g. lead qualification flows, support macros, GTM research engines, content pipelines, finance reconciliations) using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n, or no-code builders.
  • Build and iterate on AI agents, prompts, and reusable templates that reduce manual work for your team — and document them so others can adopt them.
  • Convert unstructured inputs (calls, chats, emails, tickets, customer feedback) into structured, decision-ready outputs.
  • Identify where AI can replace or compress manual processes in your function and drive the adoption of those changes with measurable time/cost/quality gains.
  • For senior hires (L4–L5): set the AI-first operating model for a function or charter, and upskill the team to operate that way.



Requirements — Must Have

  • A personal Claude Max (or equivalent top-tier) subscription you pay for yourself — the strongest single signal that you operate AI-first by default.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a business function (operations, sales, marketing, design, product, finance, CS, strategy, founder's office, or similar). Senior-IC to function-owner range; mapped to L2–L5 at offer.
  • Demonstrable heavy AI usage — either a personal paid frontier-tier AI subscription held for 2+ months (e.g. Claude Max, ChatGPT Pro at the higher tiers) or verifiable near-daily AI usage in your work. You must be able to show your actual chat history, usage, or account.
  • At least 2 concrete, inspectable work samples built with AI — an automation, agent, workflow, dashboard, prompt system, research report, or shipped document — that you can walk us through and explain build decisions for.
  • Strong written communication and structured thinking — assessed directly from your application answers and work samples.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and self-direct without detailed instructions for every task.



Requirements — Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, startups, or high-growth customer-facing businesses.
  • Have led a team, project, function, or transformation initiative (required equivalent for L4–L5 mapping).
  • Cross-functional history — solved problems outside your formal job description.


This profile is not for

  • People who use AI only for casual rewriting, summarisation, or occasional Q&A and cannot show real built output.
  • People who need detailed step-by-step instructions for every task or want to stay inside one narrow function.
  • Managers who lead teams but are no longer hands-on builders themselves.


Lastly, do not worry, the company do not bank on your personal account and gives a Cursor account anyway.
