We're looking for a seasoned Social Media Delivery Head to lead our growing Social Media Division at Reinvent Digital.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative excellence, client leadership, and operational discipline to deliver premium social media experiences for brands.
Experience Required
• 8+ years in Social Media Marketing
• 3+ years leading teams and client accounts
• Proven experience managing content, design, video, strategy, and delivery functions
• Strong client management and retention track record
• Experience building scalable processes and workflows
• Agency experience would be preferred
What You'll Own
• End-to-end social media delivery quality
• Client relationships and renewals
• Team leadership across Account Managers, Writers, Designers, Editors, and Videographers
• Social media strategy and creative direction
• Delivery systems, timelines, and operational efficiency

A leader who understands Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms, has strong creative judgment, and knows how to build teams that consistently deliver exceptional work.
