Full Stack Engineer - Generative AI

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications (Python + React/Next.js)
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions including LLM integrations and RAG systems
• Architect scalable systems and drive technical design decisions
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions quickly
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
• Ensure best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and cloud deployment

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering (full-stack)
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, vector databases)
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience in AI evaluation frameworks / prompt engineering
• Exposure to healthcare / life sciences domain
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
