About the Role
Scale, the growth marketing division of Adwants Communications Private Limited, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Business Head to lead both delivery and revenue growth.
This is not just a campaign management role — it's a business leadership position. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and owning the P&L of the growth vertical, driving performance marketing excellence while unlocking new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Ownership
Own revenue targets and growth strategy for Scale
Drive new business acquisition along with the sales team
Identify and unlock new revenue streams, industries, and offerings
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with inbound and outbound efforts
Lead client pitches, proposals, and high-value conversions
Performance Marketing Leadership
Strategize and oversee campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
Ensure strong ROI, ROAS, and CPL efficiency across accounts
Build scalable lead generation and conversion funnels
Bring in a sharp understanding of B2C and high-value lead funnels (real estate preferred)
Stay ahead of trends, tools, and platform changes
Team Building & Management
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team
Set clear KPIs, processes, and accountability frameworks
Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams for integrated execution
Build a culture of ownership, speed, and performance
Client & Stakeholder Management
Handle premium clients and high-value accounts
Act as a strategic partner to clients, not just an execution lead
Ensure strong client retention and growth (upsell / cross-sell)
Present performance insights, business impact, and growth plans
What We're Looking For
6–10 years of experience in performance marketing + business ownership roles
Proven track record of driving revenue through digital marketing
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, especially B2C / real estate
Experience in handling premium clients and large budgets
Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
Strong business acumen with a P&L mindset
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Prior experience in a growth marketing agency or performance-driven setup
Exposure to real estate / high-value B2C categories
Experience in scaling a business vertical or building a team from scratch
