Experience: 3 – 4 years relevant experience in real estate

CTC: 18k – 25k

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve Sales Goals:
\n
Fulfill monthly and yearly sales quotas.
\n
· Find New Clients:
\n
Reach out to potential buyers through calls, visits, events and referrals.
\n
· Sell Properties:
\n
Explain project details, show properties and help clients choose the right one.
\n
· Negotiate Deals:
\n
Discuss prices and terms with clients, and close the deal smoothly.
\n
· Work with Team:
\n
\n Coordinate with marketing and other teams to ensure everything goes well for the client.
