Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Voice/Non-Voice)

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Email/Chat/In-call and inbound calling process in any BPO, e-commerce, fintech, and any customer experience organization. \n
- Notice - Immediate \n
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally. \n
- For Email/chat – Typing speed must be in btw 30-35 wpm. \n
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. \n
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. \n
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or higher authorities. \n
- Follow up with customers when necessary and ensure resolution. \n
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge. \n
- Age should be a maximum of 28. \n
- Work from the office and 6 days of work (roster off). \n
