Job Description
- Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of experience managing B2C brands, preferably in healthcare, wellness, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or health-tech sectors.
- Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
· Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
· Identify trends, campaign opportunities, and new content formats.
· Track and analyse social media performance and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches, campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
· Ensure all healthcare-related communication is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Requirements
· 3–4 years of experience in social media management for B2C brands.
· Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health-tech industries is preferred.
· Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
· Excellent communication, copy review, and storytelling skills.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
