Role Summary
We are looking for a Growth & Campaign Manager to lead digital growth, campaign execution, content performance, and social media operations across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. The role requires ownership of campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, team management, and reporting while ensuring channel-wise growth and business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
* Drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
* Manage Social Media Managers and ensure timely execution of content and campaigns.
* Coordinate with Content, Creative, Design, and Video teams to maximize campaign impact.
* Track performance metrics, analyze data, and present actionable reports to management.
* Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes to enhance productivity and scalability.
Requirements
* 4–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.
* Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and content-led growth.
* Experience managing teams and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
* Education, EdTech, Media, or Digital Content industry.
* Experience scaling YouTube channels and social media ecosystems.
* Experience working in high-growth organizations.
