Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Visual Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of engaging eLearning courses, multimedia content, and digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, strong visualization skills, and the ability to transform ideas into effective visual solutions.

As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with team members to create graphics, animations, interactive content, and other visual assets that enhance learning and user engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build expertise in visual design, animation, multimedia, and eLearning development within a collaborative environment.

A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, or internship projects is preferred and will help demonstrate your creativity, design thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Good understanding of current design trends and guidelines for web and mobile platforms.

· Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements and create engaging user experiences.

· Develop illustrations, graphics, icons, animations, logos, and other visual assets.

· Assist in developing interactive eLearning courses and digital learning content.

· Create marketing materials including email templates, social media creatives, banners, and landing pages.

· Support the development of 2D animations, motion graphics, and video content.

· Apply graphic design principles including typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

· Collaborate with team members to deliver creative and effective design solutions.

· Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.

· Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

· Stay updated with emerging design, animation, and eLearning trends.

Requirements

· Basic knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Knowledge of creating graphics, animations, and multimedia content.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.

· B.Tech, Any Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

· Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship projects is an added advantage.
