Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Work with a client brief to prepare a robust deployment plan across various platforms in the allocated budget using the expertise available in the team
  • Seek approval for the deployment plan from the client with the help of the Business team prior to the launch
  • Work on an execution strategy by creating a clear structure with relevant processes and formats to ensure impact and relevant audience reach
  • Work closely with the partners/ platforms to ensure timely campaign set-up and smooth launch of the campaign
  • Manage daily operations that entails regularly tracking and reporting performance to the team and client
  • Review campaign performance, make optimization recommendations and ensure smooth implementation going forward
  • Prepare monthly plans for an ongoing campaign on the basis of available budget and targeted reach
  • Participate in annual meetings with clients and address queries related to the campaign health
  • Connect with partners/ platforms on a regular basis for updates and introduction to new technology and features
  • Act as mentors for young professionals who are selected for OM India Digital Bootcamp program
