Client Servicing Executive - BFSI/Fintech

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can act as the bridge between clients and our creative team. You'll work closely with stock brokers, insurance companies, portfolio management firms (PMS), wealth management companies, fintechs, and other financial brands to ensure projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for writers, designers, editors, and strategists.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, feedback cycles, approvals, and revisions.
• Track team bandwidth and allocate work efficiently across ongoing projects.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and maintain strong working relationships.
• Prepare monthly reports covering content performance, project status, and key updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before sharing with clients.
• Follow up proactively on pending feedback, approvals, and dependencies.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Flag risks, delays, or scope changes before they become issues.

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Prior experience working with fintech
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
