As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and student-centric AI Education & Career Consultant to drive student success, engagement, and retention.
What You'll Do:
'05; Lead student engagement and retention initiatives
'05; Provide advanced academic advising and student support
'05; Collaborate with faculty, admissions, and leadership teams
'05; Drive data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes
'05; Design and evaluate academic support programs and workshops
'05; Train, mentor, and support academic counselors
'05; Contribute to enrollment and retention strategies
What We're Looking For:
'14; 4 -6 years of experience in academic counseling, student success, or academic advising
'14; At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience in EdTech or higher education
'14; Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
'14; Experience with CRM systems, student management platforms, and virtual communication tools
'14; Passion for student success and educational excellence
