About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Social Media & Personal Brand Manager to build, manage, and scale the digital presence of our founder across platforms. This role requires a blend of content strategy, social media management, personal branding, audience growth, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate understands how to transform ideas, experiences, and expertise into engaging content that drives visibility, credibility, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Brand Management

Own and manage the founder's digital presence across platforms.

Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy aligned with business goals.

Identify trending topics, industry conversations, and thought leadership opportunities.

Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow:

Instagram

X (Twitter)

LinkedIn

Responsibilities include:

Content calendar planning and execution.

Daily posting and scheduling.

Community engagement and audience interaction.

Monitoring comments, DMs, and mentions.

Trend tracking and opportunity identification.

Content Creation

Create high-quality content across formats:

LinkedIn posts

Twitter threads

Instagram carousels

Reels/Short-form videos

Founder insights and thought leadership content

Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific assets.

Coordinate with designers, editors, and videographers for content production.

Draft captions, hooks, CTAs, and storytelling-driven content.

Growth & Optimization

Develop platform-specific growth strategies.

Improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.

Track key performance metrics and provide weekly reports.

Experiment with new formats, trends, and audience acquisition strategies.

Optimize profiles for discoverability and credibility.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor content performance and audience behavior.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Provide actionable recommendations based on insights and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Social Media, Personal Branding, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

Proven experience managing founder, executive, creator, or thought-leader accounts.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and X algorithms.

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Experience with content planning and social media analytics tools.

Basic understanding of video content and short-form content trends.

Ability to work independently and execute quickly.
