Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Create monthly and quarterly social media content calendars.
  • Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
Content Management
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and platform-specific content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and creative teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social channels.
  • Review and approve content before publishing.
Community Management
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture online communities to strengthen brand loyalty and customer relationships.
  • Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation.
Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, product launches, and special initiatives.
  • Collaborate with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and campaign teams to amplify campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report key social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven recommendations to optimize content and campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and benchmark performance against industry standards.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
  • Work closely with influencer marketing teams to integrate creator-led content into social media strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and cross-promotional initiatives.
  • Support influencer campaigns through social amplification and content repurposing.
Paid Social Media Support
  • Coordinate with performance marketing teams on paid social campaigns.
  • Assist in audience targeting, creative planning, and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor paid campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or startups.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong content planning and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
