As we expand across India, we're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our growth strategy, build our brand, and drive adoption across our core business pillars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns promoting business funding opportunities.
• Build awareness among entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investors.
• Drive user acquisition for merchants, suppliers, distributors, and exporters.
• Create campaigns showcasing cross-border trade opportunities.
• Support marketplace growth through partnerships and community engagement.
• Lead digital campaigns, partnerships, and PR initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and optimize growth efforts.
• Collaborate directly with leadership on market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Brand, Community, Business Development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Experience working with startups, commerce, media, or technology companies is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute independently.
