  • 10–15+ years of functional implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/HCM.
  • Deep knowledge of OTL, Oracle Project Costing/Billing, and Oracle Inventory Management.
  • Having Project Billing and Revenue skills is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of the linkages with Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle PPM modules—specifically Project Costing, Billing, Financial Management, and Project Execution
  • Experience in managing the integration of OTL with Core HR, Oracle Payroll, and third-party time-capture tools (e.g., biometric devices)

Core Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Deployment: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PPM modules—specifically Project Costing, Billing, Financial Management, and Project Execution.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct requirement gathering workshops, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and draft detailed Functional Solution Design (FSD) documents.
  • System Configuration: Configure project foundation structures, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), burden structures, revenue/billing methods, and AutoAccounting rules.
  • Testing & Integrations: Develop SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts, and manage cross-module integrations with Oracle Financials, HCM, or SCM.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide offshore/onshore functional consultants, review deliverables, and foster knowledge sharing across the project team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead status meetings, manage project risks and escalations, and communicate project health to senior management.
  • Training & Go-Live: Provide end-user training, facilitate change management, and oversee production cutovers and stabilization.
