Roles & responsibilities
Act as the central intake point for software licensing demands, validating requirements, usage, and contract alignment
Manage the end-to-end software licensing lifecycle, including tracking, renewals, utilization, and optimization
Maintain financial tracking of licenses and SOWs, including billed vs. pending invoices, balances, and cost allocations
Perform invoice reconciliation using procurement systems (e.g., Coupa) and identify billing discrepancies (over/under billing, outstanding items)
Own and manage Member Firm Sharing & IFAL processes, ensuring proper approvals, documentation, and tracking
Maintain and consolidate reporting data sources, supporting dashboards and operational reporting cadence
Support financial reporting, budget tracking, and recharge models with Finance stakeholders
Act as a key coordination point across global stakeholders (GTS, Procurement, Finance, Member Firms)
Identify risks/issues in licensing, financial tracking, and SOW execution; escalate to SMO leadership with structured summaries
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives (Excel Power Platform-based solutions)
Support governance, compliance, and audit readiness through proper documentation and tracking

This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following:
Business Administration
Finance
Engineering
Information Technology
Or related
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) - Preferred but not mandatory

Work experience
6 to 8 Years of Experience

Operations / project management
Financial tracking and reporting
IT operations / software licensing
Vendor/supplier management
Preferred Exposure:
Data-intensive operational environments
Cross-functional / global stakeholder coordination

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, large datasets, dashboards)
Strong capability in maintaining structured trackers and financial datasets
Functional Skills
Strong understanding of financial operations (budgeting, cost allocation, invoice tracking)
Knowledge of software licensing lifecycle (renewals, utilization, allocation) or ability to learn quickly
Understanding of project/operations management fundamentals (task tracking, execution discipline)
Operational Skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies simultaneously
Strong documentation and process-oriented execution capability
