Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience across ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, and custom application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring adherence to best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across:
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
• HRSD (HR Service Delivery)

• Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS certifications (ITSM / CSM / HRSD / SPM)
