Job Description
Configure Linux-based applications, build Docker containers, and manage Kubernetes cluster configurations
Perform application deployments, configurations, and version upgrades/patching using GitOps practices
Work with monitoring, logging, alerting, and orchestration platforms for Docker applications running on Kubernetes
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including subnet, DNS, and FQDN issues within Kubernetes clusters
Provide L1/L2 support based on issue priority to meet client SLAs
Handle user service requests and create service tickets where required
Understand and resolve user queries received through multiple channels such as Communicator and email
Collaborate on troubleshooting Manufacturing IT application and infrastructure-related incidents
Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with defined service levels and KPIs
Mandatory Skills
Linux and Windows system administration & troubleshooting skills, including strong knowledge of how the various components work (kernel, CPU, memory, disk, network)
Experience in Containerization & Orchestration (Docker/ Kubernetes/ Rancher)
Experience in building, updating and managing Docker Images
Experience with Helm Charts and GitOps tool (ArgoCD)
Basic network knowledge to understand subnet, DNS & FQDN
Knowledge of IP networking, Kubernetes cluster networking, ingress, load balancing.
Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git, Jenkins, Docker registry, GitHub Action & Artifactory etc.
ITIL Service Management Framework (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech /MCA

4-8 Years
