Role Description
Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.
Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation.
Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organizational objectives and vision.
Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transitions of projects/processes.
Contribute to the innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.
Ensure viable succession pipeline.
Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition.
Influence and sell BL offering and bring in new business
Influence peers globally (N-/ 3) and upwards in own or business partner's organization.
Accountable for people related objectives in a Sub-Business Line.
Accountable for creating and maintaining Sub-Business Line budgets.
Accountable for deliveries emanating from a Sub-Business Line/tribe.
Create an impact of transformation on the functional scope of a tribe.
Propose innovation, renunciation and simplification.
Establish very high standards of Delivery and inspire Research and upskilling of workforce.
Qualifiers
Proven abstract thinking, motivational skills and passion for transformation
Ability to ideate, strategize and transform at the organizational level
Demonstrate strong networking and solutioning skills to work with business counterparts globally
Expertise in understanding financial models and budgets
Excellent execution rigor and ability to handle ambiguity and deliver towards the organization's vision
Coach to enhance and strengthen team's skills
18 Years of experience into Networking or IT Infrastructure area
Able to work independently with Onshore senior members on transformation areas such as - IT Cost , DC footprint reduction , Legacy management , Workforce model
Should have managed large scale complex IT Infrastructure Strategy and Delivery model on either network , Server, Cloud
Globally playing a role to manage the perimeter and focusing on transformation topics align with the Group mandates
Define a good Strategy for the perimeter in Conjunction to the business needs .
Work on local CIO's and Regional CIO's to define the strategies
Good Understanding of the Core Infrastructure world ( Preferably networking and Security )
Lead global end to end programs with clear ownership of budget, scope, KPIs, communication, and execution.
Define operating models with inhouse or with partners
Good influencing skills
Stakeholder management with Senior onshore and offshore people . Ensure strong operational governance, vendor performance, and transparent reporting to senior leadership
