- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML use cases
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and productivity
- Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions and technical architectures
- Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology partners
- Ensure AI solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and effectiveness
- Mentor team members and provide AI/ML thought leadership
Skills
Strong expertise in AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, LLM's,RAG and predictive modeling
Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Experience delivering end-to-end AI use cases in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms (Azure AI or AWS)
Experience with data engineering, model deployment, and MLOps practices
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
