Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM InfoSphere DataStage
• Build and optimize data pipelines integrating Snowflake, Databricks, and relational databases
• Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Collaborate with global teams during US/night shift hours
• Analyze business requirements and implement data solutions
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries • Work with Databricks for big data processing and transformations
• Ensure data quality and consistency • Monitor ETL jobs and ensure SLA adherence
• Document workflows and mentor junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of DataStage development and support
• Strong ETL and Data Warehousing knowledge
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or SQL databases
• Strong SQL and performance tuning skills
• Hands-on experience with big data platforms like Databricks
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux scripting
• Ability to work in US/night shift
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Certifications in DataStage, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Experience with Informatica or Talend
• Knowledge of data governance
• Agile/DevOps experience
